Ramic, a former member of the Bosnian Army, has been charged with causing the severe mental and physical suffering of a large number of Croat civilians.
The indictment alleges that Ramic, along with other Bosnian Army soldiers, shot above the heads of civilians who had been brought to a swimming pool in Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje. According to the charges, he forced them to swim in the empty swimming pool, while shooting at the swimming pool floor.
