On Wednesday, September 9, the first state prosecution witness will testify at the trial of Zdenko Andabak, Muamir Jasarevic and Sead Velagic. The defendants have been charged with committing war crimes against Serb civilians in the Livno area.

On Tuesday, September 8, the first witnesses to testify in defense of Pavo Glavas will appear before the Bosnian state court. Pavo Glavas, Marijan Brnjic, Martin Barukcic and Ilija Glavas have been charged with the rape and abuse of women in the Odzak area in 1992.

On Monday, September 7, Dusko Jevic will testify at the Goran Saric trial. Saric has been charged with participating in the Srebrenica genocide. Jevic has been sentenced to 32 years in prison for participating in the Srebrenica genocide.

Trials for war crimes committed in Sanski Most, Zvornik, Bihac, Trnovo, Sarajevo, Srebrenik, Bileca, Rogatica and other towns will continue at the Bosnian state court in the week ahead.
