The Bosnian state prosecution said it would examine four witnesses, one of whom would be examined via video link, and present seven pieces of material evidence. It said it would need between five and seven working days to present its case.

The indictment alleges that Juric, a former soldier of the 102nd Brigade of the Croatian Defense Council, raped and sexually abused a Serb woman in a house in Posavska Mahala, in the municipality of Odzak, on the night of June 4 or 5, 1992.

The state prosecution also alleges that Juric and other soldiers intercepted and mistreated two Serb women in July 1992. The women were allegedly walking with their children to a school building in Odzak to visit their husbands, who were detained in that building.
