Lalicic is charged with having raped and sexually abused a woman, and in participating in the mental and physical abuse of a detained civilian in 1992 and 1993.

According to the State Prosecution’s indictment, Lalicic committed the above crimes while serving as a guard and member of the First Corps of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was stationed at a detention facility located in the basement of an unfinished residential building in Hrasnica, in the municipality of Ilidza.

The indictment was confirmed on January 6. The trial start date has not been set.
