Indictment against Gojkovic Confirmed

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, confirms an indictment against Milkan Gojkovic for crimes committed in Grbavica neighbourhood, Sarajevo, in 1992.

The Prosecution of BiH charges Gojkovic, former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, with having raped a Bosniak female in Grbavica neighbourhood in September 1992.

The Court confirmed the indictment against him on January 6 this year.

Gojkovic was arrested at the beginning of December. After that the Court of BiH ordered him into home detention.
