Prosecutor Miroslav Janjic proposed the extension of the measures, saying that there was a fear that the indictee might flee and influence the witnesses.

He explained that the indictee lived in Odzak, which was situated near the border with the Republic of Croatia, and that he might flee due to his possession of Croatian citizenship and family relations.

Defence attorney Kenan Ademovic said that the Defence did not object to the extension of the measures.

Under the indictment, which was confirmed on November 27, Jozo Dojic, the former member of the 102nd Brigade of HVO of Odzak, is charged with having raped a female person in Odzak municipality in July 1992.

Djojic was arrested on September 4, 2014. The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, ordered prohibiting measures against him, including a ban on leaving his place of residence and travelling and meeting other suspects and witnesses.
