Tahirovic, a former member of the “Zulfikar” Special Squad with the Supreme Command Headquarters of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, is charged with having participated in the torture and abuse of civilians and prisoners of war, who were unlawfully detained in “The Battle of Neretva” Museum and at “Rogica Kuce” locality in Jablanica, as well as the pillaging of their property.  

The indictment against Tahirovic, who is defending himself while at liberty, was raised last month.
