As per the decision rendered by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, Coloman has been ordered into home detention and banned from meeting certain persons. Besides that, he is obliged to report to a police station twice a week.

“These prohibiting measures will be in effect for as long as there is a need for them. A check will be performed every two months in order to determine whether they are still justified. In case he violates the measures, the indictee may be ordered into custody,” the Court of BiH said.

According to the charges, Coloman, former member of the Reconnaissance Squad with the Seventh Muslim Brigade of the Army of BiH, who was allegedly armed, came in front of a Centre in Poculice where Croat civilians were detained, on April 24, 1993.

The facility guard refused to unlock the door and let the indictee in, so he allegedly opened a burst of fire from an automatic gun through the closed door, killing three and wounding nine Croats.

Coloman has been held in custody since his arrest in late June this year. His trial began in mid-September.
