The former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, are charged with having treated Croat and Serb civilians, who were detained in the “Musala” school building in Konjic, in an inhumane manner.
 
The Prosecution of BiH charges Zilic and Gakic with having treated detained civilians in an inhumane manner, causing severe suffering and injuries of physical identity as well as injuries of personal dignity of those civilians, during 1993 and 1994.
 
Preliminary hearing judge Saban Maksumic said that the Prosecution of BiH proposed that this case be referred to the Cantonal Court in Mostar for further processing. The Defence of the two indictees informed the Court of BiH that they agreed with this proposal.
 
In case the Court of BiH accepts the proposal the case will be handled by the Cantonal Court in Mostar. Otherwise, the trial will begin within the legally-set time frame.
