Stanarevic is banned from leaving his place of residence, traveling and meeting other suspects and witnesses.

In case he violates the mentioned measures, the Court may order him back into custody.

Stanarevic was arrested two months ago. At the last hearing the Prosecution of BiH proposed that the suspect be released from custody.

He is suspected of having participated, along with other members of military police with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, in taking Bosniak captives away from the Public Safety Station yard in Ripac and murders committed at Hrgar locality in June 1992.
