The Trial Chamber announced that the parties to the proceedings and witnesses would visit the crime scene in mid-September and that the trial of Subotic, former member of the Seventh Muslim Brigade of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, would be completed with that visit.

Subotic is charged with having participated, along with other ABiH members, in the murders of several Croat persons in Dusina village on January 26, 1993.

His trial began in September last year. He has been defending himself while at liberty.
