The Bosnian state court on Wednesday confirmed the indictment of Muhamed and Tarik Sisic, Drakovac and Susa, charging them with having participated in an attack on a column of Serb civilians who were moving from the Gorazde area towards Rogatica on August 27, 1992.

Several of the fleeing civilians were killed in the attack.

According to the charges, Muhamed Sisic was the commander of the Reconnaissance Squad with the Bosnian Army’s so-called Kukavicka company, while the other men were members of the same squad.

Drakovac is also charged with torturing, mutilating and murdering a civilian and a prisoner of war with an axe in the Foca area in late 1992.

The four defendants will enter their plea in the next two weeks.
