As per the State Court’s decision, Begovic is banned from leaving his place of residence and ordered to report to the competent police station three times a week.
The Prosecution of BiH suspects Begovic, former guard in Batkovic detention center, near Bijeljina, with having tortured, sexually abused and beaten Bosniak civilians.
The State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA, arrested Begovic on Monday, April 28.
