Marijan Brnjic, Ilija Glavas and Pavo Glavas, former members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, are suspected of having participated in crimes against Serb civilians.

As announced by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brnjic, Ilija and Pavo Glavas, former members of the 102nd Brigade of the HVO from Odzak, are suspected of having committed crimes, including the rape of several Serb women, in Odzak municipality from June to August 1992.

The suspects have been handed over to the Prosecution of BiH, which will examine them and then decide whether to file a custody order motion or not.

On Monday afternoon the Bosnian prosecution also said that another Bosnian Croat army member Martin Barukcic, who is also suspected of the same crimes.

The suspects are being questioned by the Bosnian prosecution, which will decide whether to file a custody request.
