“According to available information, it was expected that a mass grave might be located at this place. However, those pieces of information were not true,” said Lejla Cengic, Spokesperson of the Institute for the Missing Persons of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

She said that as little as 15 percent of information about mass graves was correct and that this fact represented one of the problems facing the Institute.

It was assumed that up to 150 Bosniak victims from the Prijedor area would be found at this location.  

A 20-metre long and 30-metre wide area on a part of the trunk road between Donji Vakuf and Travnik was dug and searched on this occasion.
