The prosecution called for maximum sentences to be imposed on four former Bosnian Serb soldiers accused of the murders of 28 Bosniak and Croat civilians in the village of Oborci in central Bosnia in 1995. Bosnia's state court has confirmed an indictment against four former Bosnian Serb fighters accused of killing 28 Croat and Bosniak civilians in a village near Donji Vakuf in 1995. The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Thursday confirmed the indictment against four former Bosnian Serb fighters, Branko Cigoje, Zeljko Tadic, Sasa Boskic and Milorad Glamocak, for crimes against civilians near the town of Donji Vakuf.

The defense of Ilija Djogatovic has called upon the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to acquit him or revoke the first instance verdict against him. Djogatovic has been sentenced to six years in prison for crimes committed in the Donji Vakuf area. The prosecution is asking that the appeal be rejected and the first instance verdict confirmed.
