“In the first half of August 1992 Narancic allowed Plavanjac to enter the military prison located in ‘Petar Kocic’ school building in Bosanska Krupa. In that way he helped him kill 11 Bosniak civilians by shooting at them from a gun from immediate distance,” the indictment alleges.

It is alleged that Narancic was member of a Military Police Company with the 11th Krupa Light Infantry Brigade and guard in the military prison in the school building, while Plavanjac was member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS.

The Prosecution of BiH filed the indictment against Plavanjac and Narancic on December 31, 2013.

The indictees are not available to judicial bodies.
