After the indictees had pleaded not guilty, preliminary hearing judge Stanisa Gluhajic said that he had been informed that the trial in this case would be held before another court.

According to the confirmed indictment, Kocic, Colic, Mrkonjic and Dedic committed crimes against the civilian population against Serbs, who were detained in “the Railway Traffic” building in Banovici.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina alleges that the indictees, former members of the Territorial Defence and Public Safety Station in Banovici, committed those crimes during 1992.

According to the law, the trial of the four indictees is due to begin in 60 or 90 days at the latest.
