The State Court banned Muhamed Sisic, Izet Hodzic, Tarik Sisic, Emir Drakovac, Zahid Alic and Aziz Susa from travelling and meeting each other and witnesses.
They are suspected of having conducted an attack against Serb civilians, who were moving from Gorazde municipality towards Rogatica on August 28, 1992.
The State Prosecution alleges that more than 20 persons, mostly women, children and the elderly, got killed in that attack.
The suspects’ travel documents have been confiscated.
“The prohibiting measures may last as long as there is a need for them or until the Court has rendered a different decision. The justifiability of the measures will be checked every two months. In case the suspects violate the measures, they may be ordered into custody,” the Court’s decision says.
