The confirmed indictment alleges that Esed Kocic, Miralem Colic, Fikret Mrkonjic and Mirza Dedic committed crimes against the Serb civilian population, who were detained in “The Railway Traffic” building in Banovici.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina alleges that the indictees, former members of the Territorial Defence, TO, and Public Safety Station in Banovici, participated in the murder of one detainee, as well as the mutilation, torture and inhumane treatment of other detainees.

As indicated in the State Court’s announcement, those crimes were committed in the period from the beginning of May to late July 1992.

According to the law, a plea hearing is due to be held within the next 15 days.
