They are charged with having tortured and treated a person in an inhumane manner in a detention facility in “The Battle of Neretva” Museum during the night on July 28/29, 1993.

The State Prosecution’s announcement says that Croat civilians and captured members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, were held in that facility. It further says that Ibrovic and Maksumic were policemen in Jablanica, while Hindic was member of the 44th Brigade of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ARBiH, at that time.

The three men were arrested in December 2011 and released following an examination.

The indictment has been filed with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
