The Sarajevo-based court ordered a ban on Rackovic on leaving his place of residence or travelling abroad, and a ban on meeting with certain persons.

“The imposed prohibiting measures may last as long as necessary, while the review of their justifiability shall be carried out on a bimonthly basis. If the Suspect violates any of the imposed prohibiting measures, he may be ordered into custody,” said the Court in its decision.

The Bosnian Prosecution asked for prohibiting measures for Rackovic at a hearing held on Wednesday, September 11, but the Defence of the suspect objected claiming the proposed measures were too harsh.
