Prosecutor Munib Halilovic requested that Rackovic be prohibited from leaving his place of residence and that his travel documents be confiscated.

“In case the prohibiting measures are not ordered, he may try to flee abroad,” Halilovic said.

Also, the Prosecution asked the Court to order the suspect to report to a police station twice a week and ban him from meeting the other suspects.

Defence attorney Petko Pavlovic objected to these prohibiting measures, saying that they were too strict.

“The evidence attached to the prohibiting measures motion is not convincing. They include statements by injured parties, who describe some events,” the Defence attorney said.

He said that suspect Rackovic did not know who the other suspects were.

“The Prosecution should have provided us with a list of those people, so we know whom he must not meet,” Pavlovic said.

The Defence said that the suspect had to leave his place of residence sometimes due to his health condition.

The Court will render its decision concerning the motion at a later stage.
