Trial of Mujagic Begins on September 27
The beginning of the trial of Sulejman Mujagic, who is charged with war crimes in Krajina, has been scheduled for September 27.This was decided at a status conference held before the Cantonal Court in Bihac.

Mujagic is charged with having killed a captured member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, and wounded another in the Kumarica region in March 1995.
The indictment alleges that, following the capture of members of the 505th Knights Brigade with the Fifth Corps of ABiH, Mujagic physically abused the captives and then killed Ekrem Baltic and wounded Nisvet Cordic from an automatic gun.
Mujagic was extradited from the United States of America, USA, on June 4 this year. He has been held in Luke Penal and Correctional Facility in Bihac since.
