Data available to the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina indicate that Milic and Zoran Marinic jointly committed war crimes. The indictment against Marinic was confirmed on January 10 this year.

Suspect Milic will be examined by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the legally-set time frame. After that the Prosecution will decide whether to file a custody order motion or not.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina has charged Marinic with having participated, along with other soldiers, in the wounding and murder of four Bosniak civilians on the night of April 26, 1993.

“An 85-year old man with a severe disability and another man were killed in this attack. A 16-year old boy died a few hours later due to consequences of the wounding, while a young girl died a couple of days later,” the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina said in its announcement.
