The confirmed State Prosecution’s indictment charges Nusret Muhic, former Chief of the Crime Prevention Group with the Public Safety Station in Kladanj, Osman Gogic, former military policeman from Kladanj, Zijad Hamzic, former Commander of the Territorial Defence Company in Stupari, Ramiz Halilovic, former policeman, who later became Commander of the Military Police Section in Stupari, as well as Nedzad Hodzic and Hariz Habibovic, former reserve policemen from Stupari.

They are charged with having participated in the unlawful detention of Serb civilians and inhumane treatment of people from May 1992 to mid-July 1993.

Safet Mujcinovic, former Commander of the Police Station in Stupari, and Selman Busnov, former Chief of the Public Safety Station in Kladanj, are charged in this same case for having failed to prevent or sanction the actions committed by their subordinates.
