Closed sessions represent the highest level of protection of witness identity before the International Tribunal at The Hague. No details about the witness or the subject of his testimony are available to public. According to the Prosecution’s previous announcement, the witness was due to testify under the pseudonym of RM-333.RM-333 is the 60th Prosecution witness since the beginning of evidence presentation against Mladic in July last year.Evidence about the allegations that the Republika Srpska Army, commanded by General Mladic, terrorised civilians in Sarajevo by shelling and sniping and persecuted Muslims and Croats throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1992 to 1995 is currently underway. Besides that, Mladic is charged with genocide in Srebrenica and seven other Bosnian municipalities and taking UNPROFOR members hostage.The trial of Mladic continues on January 16, when Munira Selmanovic is due to appear before judges again. At a hearing held on Monday she said that Serb forces killed more than 40 Muslims from Novoseoci village, near Sokolac, including her husband and 18-year old son, in autumn 1992.
