Protected witness M-7 testified as State Prosecution witness under protective measures, including protection of his face and identity. He requested the Court not to allow the publishing of his statement in the media.

Trial Chamber Chairwoman Vesna Jesenkovic accepted the proposal, saying that the witness had “a subjective feeling that he might face problems in the community where he lives”.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina charges Milisavljevic and Pantelic with having participated in the murder of several tens of Bosniaks near the Paklenik pit. The two indictees and Ljubomir Tasic are charged with having participated in the forcible resettlement of more than 500 Bosniak civilians from the Visegrad area.

The indictment alleges that Predrag Milisavljevic, known as Dragan, and Milos Pantelic, known as Panta, former members of reserve police forces in Visegrad, and Ljubomir Tasic, known as Ljupko, former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, committed those crimes in the period from April to June 1992.

The trial of the three indictees began in late November this year. All three of them are being held in custody.

According to the official schedule of trials before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, this trial is due to continue on December 25 this year.
