The indictment was sent to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.

According to unconfirmed indictment, Dunovic, former member of the 17th Light Infantry Brigade of the Army of Republika Srpska (VRS), together with other soldiers, policemen and paramilitary units took part in the systematic attack against Bosniak and Croat civilians.

The indictment alleges that Dunovic on June 1, 1992 entered the undefended village of Prhovo (municipality Kljuc), and participated in the expulsion of the population from their houses before trading in the village.

“Then they took 27 men and took them to the village of Pec. On the way they were struck with rifle butts, hands and feet all over his body, and finally they shot and killed at least 15 people,” states the indictment.

The Prosecution of BiH considers Dunovic killed three civilians.

“One civilian was pushed forward with a rifle and Dunovic shot him in the back and then hedied. He then ordered two minors to pray in front of him, when they knelt to the ground he shot them in the back and then theyimmediately died,” states the prosecution.

The dead bodies were exhumed from the mass graves at “Gypsy Valley” near the village of Prhovo, states the State Prosecutor’s OfficeA.J.
