This October marks the 16 anniversary of the Tesanjka village bombing in which nine people were killed while dozens were injured. The youngest victim was nine and the oldest 68 years old. The victims’ families complained to the authorities for not apprehending the perpetrators of these crimes after all this time. The response was that the judiciary cannot complete the investigation or raise the indictment since there is no agreement about identifying the criminal.

The guest of this month’s edition is the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH, Milorad Novkovic.

In October, TV Justice interviewed people of Tesanj about their opinion of war crimes trials at the Court of BiH.
