The indictment alleges that Mujcinovic and Hrustic, former members of the 21st Srebrenik Mountain Brigade with ABiH, treated Serb civilians, who were detained in the Youth Center in Rapatnica village, Srebrenik municipality in an inhumane manner in July and August 1992.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina alleges that Mujcinovic “mentally abused a prisoner on several occasions” on his own and participated, together with Hrustic, in the abuse of another prisoner, causing him severe suffering on several occasions.

Mujcinovic and Hrustic are defending themselves while at liberty. The State Prosecution filed the indictment against them with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation on April 15 this year.

Mujcinovic and Hrustic must enter their pleas within the next 15 days.
