“You need to arrange these documents by numbers, as we previously talked about,” said Darko Samardzic, President of the Trial chamber, who postponed the hearing until January 13th.

The BiH Prosecution charges Zeljko Ivanovic, also known as Arkan, with having participated in the capture of a large group of men and taking away and shooting more than 1,000 men in the Kravica Agricultural Cooperative premises on July 13, 1995.

The indictment alleges that Ivanovic was a member of the Skelani Third Unit with the Second Special Police Squad of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, MUP RS.

Ivanovic’s trial started in August 2009 and the Defence is currently presenting its evidence at the trial.

The indictee is in custody, which was ordered in the middle of Decmber after he was released for seven days. He was arrested in March 2009, when he was ordered into custody.
