The Defence of Slavko Peric, former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who is charged together with Momir Pelemis with having ordered and participated in murder of Srebrenica residents in Pilica, Zvornik municipality, is due to continue presenting evidence on December 6, 7 and 8.
Former policemen Dusko Jevic, Mendeljev Djuric, Goran Markovic and Nedjo Ikonic are due to appear in court on Monday, December 6 and Thursday, December 9, while Zeljko Ivanovic will do the same on Thursday.
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina considers the five men responsible for shooting more than 1,000 men in Kravica, Bratunac municipality, among other counts.
On Friday, December 10 the Court will consider the State Prosecution’s motion for extension of custody of Dragan Crnogorac, who is charged with crimes committed in Srebrenica. Crnogorac was arrested on November 15. The Court confirmed the indictment against him on December 3.
Two trials for crimes committed against Bosnian Croats from Bugojno, who were detained in that town, are due to continue next week. The trial of Nisvet Gasal, Musajb Kukavica, Enes Handzic and Senad Dautovic continues on Wednesday, while the trial of Alija Osmic is scheduled for the following day.
New Prosecution witnesses are due to appear at the trial for an attack on Trusina village, near Konjic, and murder of Croat civilians and soldiers. Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Nihad Bojadzic and Zulfikar Alispago are charged with these crimes.
The former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, AbiH, are due to appear in court on Monday and Friday next week.
On December 7 and 8 the Prosecution is due to continue presenting evidence at the trial of former policeman Srpko Pustivuk, who is charged with crimes committed in Ilijas municipality in May 1992.
The Defence of Marko Adamovic, who is charged together with Bosko Lukic with crimes committed in Kljuc, is due to examine new witnesses on Monday and Wednesday next week.
On Tuesday, December 7 the trial is due to continue in the case of Miodrag Markovic, former VRS member, who is charged with the rape of a minor girl and an attack against the civilian population in Dragalovci village, near Doboj.
Two days later new Prosecution witnesses will testify about the crime committed at Koricanske stijene, where about 200 Prijedor residents were shot on August 21, 1992. Sasa Zecevic, Radoslav Knezevic, Petar Civcic, Marinko Ljepoja and Branko Topola are charged with this crime.
Next week the Appellate Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue hearing witness statements at the retrials of Krsto Savic and Milko Mucibabic, as well as Marko Radic, Dragan Sunjic, Damir Brekalo and Mirko Vracevic.
The trial of former policemen Savic and Mucibabic, who were sentenced under a first instance verdict to 25 years and three months in prison for crimes committed in the eastern Herzegovina area, is due to continue on December 7, 8 and 9.
The trial of the four former members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, who were sentenced under a first instance verdict to 80 years in prison for crimes committed in Vojno, near Mostar, continues on December 10.
