After it has examined the suspect, the Prosecution will decide whether to file a custody order motion.

Former policemen Dusko Jevic, known as Staljin, Mendeljev Djuric, known as Mane, and Zoran Ilic, who are suspected of genocide committed in Srebrenica, have been in custody since the end of October.

The Prosecution considers that at the time Jevic was Assistant Commander for Operational-educational affairs and Director of the Police Training Center on Mount Jahorina, Mendeljev was Commander of the First Squad at the same Center and Ilic was a member of a unit with the Training Center.

The Prosecution suspects that the three men participated in the separation of male Srebrenica residents, capable of serving in the military, who were then shot at various locations.
