A few weeks ago, Bosnia and Herzegovina extended the deadline for the completion of all war crimes cases for the third time. According to the new plan, hundreds of pending cases will be completed in the next two years. We’ve spoken to victims, prosecutors and judges about the biggest problems they’re facing, but we’ve also tried to find out whether the domestic judicial authorities can meet the new deadline or if they will once against disappoint victims and their families.
