According to the state prosecution, Babic participated in acts of murder, physical and mental abuse, pillaging and destruction of property owned by the non-Serb civilian population from the Glamoc area.

In October 1992, Babic allegedly threatened to kill four Bosniak civilians, including a child, in a house in the Glamoc area. He pointed his automatic weapon at the civilians through a window and opened fire at them, killing an elderly woman.

The state prosecution also alleges that Babic and other members of the Bosnian Serb Army stopped and physically abused an elderly woman walking on a road between the villages of Kamen and Jakir. The woman died from her injuries.

The state prosecution previously announced that Babic and two other members of the Bosnian Serb Army mistreated an underage civilian in the village of Jakir. Babic allegedly interrogated him and confiscated his money.

Babic was arrested in September 2015 and prohibitive measures were ordered against him.
