The indictment against Suad Ramic was confirmed in September 2015. He has been charged with causing severe mental anguish and physical pain to a number of Croat civilians.

The indictment alleges that Ramic, along with other Bosnian Army soldiers, shot in the direction of civilians who had been brought to a swimming pool in Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje, while projectiles hit the swimming pool wall above them. According to the charges, Ramic forced the civilians to simulate swimming in the empty swimming pool, while he shot at the swimming pool floor.
