Dabetic Trial Postponed
The cantonal court of Sarajevo postponed the Dusko Dabetic trial due to the failure of prosecution witnesses to appear in court.

Trial chamber chair Husein Delalic said today’s scheduled hearing wouldn’t be held as a result.
Dabetic has been charged with assaulting and raping a Bosniak woman with Predrag Miskovic in the Sarajevo area in 1992. He allegedly raped the same woman several times during 1992 and 1993.
The indictment also alleges that Dabetic supervised a work squad in the Grbavica neighbourhood of Sarajevo and eventually became a member of the Bosnian Serb Army.
The trial will continue on December 29.
