Husidic, a former commander of the First Battalion of the First Brigade of the National Defense of the Western Bosnia Autonomous Region, has been charged with the physical abuse and mistreatment of two members of the Bosnian Army in March 1995.
Prosecutor Merima Mesanovic said she would require three hearings to present her evidence. The defense said it would need two hearings to examine the defendant and other witnesses, and an additional hearing to present material evidence.
