The trial chamber said prior to his death, Crepulja’s defense attorney had submitted several motions indicating his client was “in very bad health.”Azijada Mujkic was appointed Crepulja’s new defense attorney. Crepulja will be apprehended until the next hearing. The date of the hearing will be announced at a later stage.The indictment alleges that Crepulja, a former member of the Croatian Defense Council, killed a civilian minor in the village of Ratanj on October 16, 1993.The trial has been postponed since December 2014, due to Crepulja’s poor health.
