On Wednesday, March 18, Ilija Juric will submit his plea to charges for crimes he allegedly committed in Odzak. On Thursday, March 19, Jadranko Saran, Fahrudin Hadziosmanovic-Tadzic, Samir Sabic and Zijad Kadic will also submit their plea to charges of crimes they allegedly committed in Bosanska Krupa.
On Tuesday, March 17, the first prosecution witness will testify at the trial of Zdenko Andabak. Andabak is accused of committing crimes in Livno.
On Thursday, March 19, a medical examiner will present his findings on whether Jozo Djojic can stand trial for crimes he allegedly committed in Odzak.
On Wednesday, March 18, the state prosecution will give their closing arguments at the Goran Popovic trial. Popovic is accused of committing crimes in Visegrad. On Friday, March 20, the state prosecution will give their closing arguments at the Ibro Macic trial. Macic is accused of committing crimes in Konjic.
On Tuesday, March 17, the defense of Indira Kameric, who is on trial for crimes he allegedly committed in Bosanski Brod, will present its closing arguments. On Wednesday, March 18, the defense of Vitomir Rackovic, on trial for crimes he allegedly committed in Visegrad, will present its closing arguments.
On Monday, March 16, the defense of Dzevad Salcin will give its closing statements. Salcin is on trial with Mensur Memic, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic, and Nihad Bojadzic. They are charged with committing murder in the village of Trusina near Konjic.
On Monday, March 16, the following trials will continue: the trial of Petar Kovacevic, accused of committing crimes in Visegrad; the trial of Goran Saric, accused of committing crimes in Srebrenica; the trial of Zaim Lalicic, accused of committing rape in Hrasnica; and the trial of Slavko Savic, accused of committing rape in Vogosca.
On Tuesday, March 17, new witnesses will testify at the trial of Oliver Krsmanovic. Krsmanovic is accused of committing crimes in Visegrad. On the same day, new witnesses will testify at the trials of Edhem Godinjak, Medaris Saric, and Mirko Bunoza, accused of committing crimes in Trnovo; as well as at the trial of Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian Nicolae Vintila, accused of committing crimes in Sarajevo.
On Tuesday, March 17, the following trials will continue: the trial of Muhamed Sisic, Emir Drakovac, Aziz Susa, and Tarik Sisic, accused of committing crimes in Rogatica; the trial of Goran Vujovic, Miroslav Duka and Zeljko Ilic, accused of committing crimes in Bileca; and the trial of Enes Curic, Ibrahim Demirovic, Samir Kreso, Habib Copelj, and Mehmed Kaminic, accused of committing crimes in Mostar.
On Wednesday, March 16, the genocide trial of Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic will resume. On the same day, the Mato Condric trial will continue. Condric is charged with committing crimes in Bosanski Brod. A status conference will also be held in the case against Mirko Vrucinic, charged with committing crimes in Sanski Most and Prijedor.
On Thursday, March 19, a new prosecution witness will testify against Dragan Marjanovc, Sasa Gavranovic, Vitomir Devic, Zoran Sljuk, Dragomir Kezunovic and Darijo Slavuljica, charged with committing crimes in Teslic; and against Nikola Maric, accused of committing crimes in Prozor.
On Thursday, March 19, the following trials will continue: the trial of Nihad Bojadzic, accused of committing crimes in Jablanica; the trial of Dzevad Salcin, accused of committing abuse on Mount Igman.
On Friday, March 20, the following trials will continue: the trial of Srecko Boskovic, accused of committing crimes in Zvornik; and Dzevad Dulic, accused of committing crimes in Cazin.
On Friday, March 20, a status conference will be held in the case of fourteen defendants accused of committing crimes in the village of Zecovi. Dusan Milunic, Radomir Stojnic, Radovan Cetic, Dusko Zoric, Zoran Stojnic, Zeljko Grbic, Ilija Zoric, Zoran Milunic, Bosko Grujicic, Ljubisa Cetic, Rade and Uros Grujcic, are charged with murder of Bosniaks.
