It was planned that the evidence presentation be opened with the examination of two witnesses, who would speak about general circumstances. They will be examined by Vasvija Vidovic, Defence attorney of indictee Ramiz Halilovic, on behalf of all Defence teams.

It was said that the Defence teams would the individually present their evidence. The first one to do so will be the Defence of indictee Safet Mujcinovic.

Just like most of the indictees, Mujcinovic announced that he will testify.

Halilovic and Mujcinovic are on trial, along with Selman Busnov, Zijad Hamzic, Nusret Muhic, Osman Gogic, Nedzad Hodzic and Kahro Vejzovic, former members of civil and military police, as well as the Territorial Defence, TO, for crimes in the Kladanj area.

They are charged with the unlawful detention of Serb civilians in the educational workers’ building in Stupari, Kladanj municipality, as well as the beating and inhumane treatment of those people.
