Slavko Savic Pleads not Guilty

Considering the fact that he pleaded not guilty, Savic’s trial will begin in the coming period.
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, charges Savic, a former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, with having raped a Bosniak female in June 1993.
According to the charges, Savic collected this person and took her away, while threatening her with a gun. After that he allegedly raped and sexually abused her.
“The victim could not resist due to the fear for her life and her child’s life,” the indictment alleges.
Indictee Savic is defending himself while at liberty. Prohibiting measures were ordered against him.
