The unconfirmed indictment alleges that he used to take a Bosniak woman from a locker room of “Polet” football stadium, where women were detained, to another room and enabled two members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, to rape her and sexually abuse her.

“The indictment is charged with having personally participated, together with other members of the military unit, who were known to him, in the commission of crimes by sexually abusing the injured party in an extremely humiliating manner after the mentioned soldiers had already raped her,” the Prosecution announced.

The Prosecution alleges that Condric abused a Serb detainee in the premises of the old Public Safety Station building and a prison located in the warehouse of “Beograd” department store in Tulek neighbourhood on two occasions.

“He participated, in collaboration with other members of military police, who were known to him, in the mental and physical abuse of a detained Serb civilian, tortured him and treated him in an inhumane manner,” the announcement says.

The Prosecution alleges that Condric committed those crimes in the summer of 1992 as member of the 101st Bosanski Brod Brigade of HVO.

The indictment was filed with the Court of BiH for confirmation.

Condric was arrested on November 12. Following his arrest, the Court ordered him into custody due to a danger that he might flee and a possibility that he might influence the witnesses.
