Third instance Chamber of the BIH court partly granted the appeals of the defences and reduced Adamovic sentence from 22 to 20 years of prison, while sentence for Lukic is reduced from 14 to 12 years. The remaining part of the verdict is not changed.

Second instance Chamber established in 2013 that Lukic, as Commander of the Municipality Battalion of the Territorial defence, and Adamovic, as the Commander of the city defence, participated in a joint criminal enterprise whose purpose was to persecute non-Serbian population.

During that persecution illegal detention, beatings and other inhumane acts were conducted and more than 150 Bosniak civilians were killed.

Lukic and Adamovic were acquitted of crimes in first degree process for these crimes and they were convicted after a retrial. Because of that they had right to appeal to third instance Chamber of the BIH Court.

Bosko Lukic didn’t appear on the second instance verdict and international warrant for his arrest is issued.
