The Defence of Bosko Lukic and Marko Adamovic, who were sentenced, under a first instance verdict, for crimes in the Kljuc area in the summer of 1992, request the third instance Chamber of the State Court to pronounce a verdict of release.
The Defence of Marko Adamovic, who is charged with crimes in Kljuc municipality, requests the Appellate Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to acquit the indictee at the end of the retrial. The pronouncement of the verdict is scheduled for December 12.
As agreed at a status conference, the retrial of Marko Adamovic and Bosko Lukic, who are charged with crimes in Kljuc municipality, is due to begin on March 6 this year with hearing witnesses statements given during the first instance trial.
A court expert in military issues testifies at the trial for crimes committed in Kljuc and says that indictee Bosko Lukic, as Commander of the Municipal Headquarters of the Territorial Defence in Kljuc, did not have any concrete tasks.
