Indictment for Cazin Crimes Filed

The State Prosecution files an indictment against Dzevad Dulic, former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, charging him with crimes in the Cazin area in 1993.

Dulic, former member of the Fifth Corps of the Army of BiH, is charged, under the unconfirmed indictment, with having abused civilians, whom he considered to be sympathizers of the Western Bosnia Autonomous Region, in Cazin municipality in December 1993.

Dulic was arrested on Wednesday, November 19.

The indictment has been filed with the Court of BiH for confirmation.
