The District Prosecution in Eastern Sarajevo charges Adzem, Ugljesa, Halilovic and Karkelja, former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, with having participated in murders of seven prisoners of war, members of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS.
Considering the fact that they pleaded not guilty, their trial will begin in the coming period.
The Prosecution filed the indictment on October 13. The Court confirmed it two days later.
Adzem, Ugljesa, Halilovic and Karkelja are defending themselves while at liberty after having spent six months in prison.
