The evidence presentation process will begin with reading of the indictment, presentation of introductory statements and examination of first State Prosecution witness.

As said by Defence attorney Senad Dupovac, Defence’s evidence will depend on the State Prosecution’s evidence.

The Trial Chamber told the parties to the proceeding to submit their proposal of determined facts prior to the beginning of the trial.

The indictment charges Coloman, who is held in custody, with having participated in murders and wounding of Croat civilians, who were detained in the Youth Centre in Poculica village, Vitez municipality, on April 24, 1993.

According to the charges, Coloman was member of the Reconnaissance Squad with the Seventh Muslim Brigade of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH.
