Ivo Crepulja Pleads not Guilty
Former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, Ivo Crepulja pleads not guilty of having killed a civilian in Kakanj in October 1993.

Crepulja is charged with having killed a minor in 1993.
According to the charges, on October 16, 1993 Crepulja, who was dressed in camouflage uniform and armed with an automatic gun, approached a group of people and began provoking them for no reason. He then opened burst fire towards them, killing one minor civilian.
Considering the fact that he pleaded not guilty, Crepulja’s trial will begin in the coming period.
